Whether a member of the Ting team or the mayor of a Ting town, we put your questions in front of smart people.
What’s the quickest route to getting fiber installed in our neighborhood?
If transparency was a color, it would be our favorite. It’s also why we enjoy answering questions from our customers.
For instance, Humphrey Lui from Charlottesville asks, “Is there any way a neighborhood can accelerate the process of getting fiber installed?”
Adam Eisner, VP of Internet, explains that while Ting is making great strides in getting all of downtown Charlottesville set up for crazy fast fiber Internet, areas around the city will take a little more work due to HOA’s and other factors.
That said, Monica Webb, Ting Internet’s Government Relations, says the best way to get your neighborhood noticed is by pre-ordering at ting.com/internet.
So now might be the time to start a grassroots movement for crazy fast fiber Internet.
