Progress! Construction continues here in Holly Springs

Holly Springs Phase 2 Event
Earier this month, we threw a party to kick off Phase 2 construction, to meet our neighbors, to answer questions and, more generally, to have a good time.

Phase 1

Main construction in Phase 1 is now complete and we’ve already begun lighting up customers in the Phase 1 neighborhoods of Holly Glen, Braxton Village and Holly Pointe.

If you pre-ordered, stay tuned: we’ll be reaching out to everyone that pre-ordered individually to schedule installation. Installation consists of two parts: first, a “fiber drop” that brings fiber from the street to the side of your home and second, the actual “inside install” that gets you connected to the Ting fiber network.

If you didn’t pre-order but you’re in a Phase 1 neighborhood, you can still get Ting crazy fast fiber Internet. It all starts with just
checking your address.

Phase 2

Thanks to all of those in Phase 2 (Autumn Park, Garrison, Morgan Park, Trotters Bluff, Oak Hall, Windcrest and Windward Pointe) who came out to visit us for our Phase 2 kickoff celebration. It’s always great to meet you face to face, and we appreciated the opportunity to answer your questions and get to know you a little better.

Our team has been busy in Morgan Park and Trotters Bluff, where construction is already nearing completion. We are working through the Town’s permitting process before we’ll be able to light up Autumn Park and Garrison. Construction will focus primarily on Brayton Park next.

Construction has begun in Oak Hall, and we’re aiming for completion this month. The neighborhoods of Windcrest and Windward Pointe follow.

The pre-order deadline for Phase 2 is February 28, so don’t delay!
