Our teams have been enjoying the warmer weather and we’re working hard to build out our fiber network here in Holly Springs in spite of the seasonal rain. Install crews have been busy lighting up customers in Phase 1 neighborhoods. We’ve also been busy wrapping up construction in Phase 2 of our network rollout and we’ll soon begin lighting up residents there.
Last weekend, we threw a neighborhood party in celebration of Phase 3 construction, which will begin soon. It was super meeting those of you who braved the unfavorable weather to join us for some yummy food and fun for the kids. If you didn’t make it this time, we hope to meet your acquaintance soon at one of our sponsored events.
If you live in a Phase 3 neighborhood (see the map above), the deadline to pre-order and receive the best discount we’ll ever offer is August 15. Not only does your $9 pre-order ensure an installation discount of $250 for the gig, you’ll also be notified first when your neighborhood is ready to be lit.
Phases 1 and 2
The time to pre-order and receive the installation discount has passed for residents in Phase 1 and 2, however, you can order Ting Internet service anytime, even if you missed the deadline.
Fun upcoming events
The Farmers Market is now open for business! Come find our Ting tent set up at the market this Saturday, May 13. We’d love the chance to chat with you and answer your questions about our gigabit fiber network. Just look for the Ting blue!
Ting is proud to present the Farm to Table Chef Series at the Holly Springs Farmers Market this summer! Every second Saturday of the month from May through September beginning at 10:30am, the Farmers Market will host a variety of educational cooking demonstrations. Come hungry, because there will samples from professional chefs cooking recipes prepared with fresh produce, meats and ingredients hand-selected from the market.
Join us at the North Main Athletic Complex (map) on Saturday, May 20 from noon to 10pm to show support and help raise money for Cancer Research. This day-long fundraising event is open to the public and there will be fun activities and games for all ages, as well as live music and food.
Stay tuned for more construction news and updates throughout the summer months ahead!
