Where did you first hear about Ting?:

TWIT TV ran a commercial, They were excited so I had to check it out

What was it about Ting that resonated with you and made you want to switch?:

Saving money, I had been looking around at several carriers but I just wasn’t finding the savings that I thought I should. Then came TING. Cut my bill in half and still gave me the flexibility to same more with less usage or just be charged if I went to the next level.

Were you in contact with a mobile carrier before you made the move to Ting? How long was left? What did that translate to in early termination fees?:

I had two months left on the contract and decided that the savings as well as the cost of phones out weighed the cost of the penalty.

What kind of savings are you seeing with Ting, month over month?:

I spent for two phones over $175 per month. Now my bill is $75. No change in my usage just saving money

How many phones and/or data services do you have on your Ting plan?:


When you explain Ting to your friends, family and/or random passers by, what do you say?:

I tell them that you can save money when you pay for what you use not what they give you in “The Plan”

Are you happy you made the move to Ting? Care to elaborate?:

Could not be happier. Have made calls to customer service and prompt, accurate information was given. When you call they listen to everything you say. Email me you after the call and are very personable and make you feel like a part of the TING Family.

What should we be doing better?:

Telling people. Have not seen any ads other than the ones on TWIT
