Refurbished devices are lightly used devices that have been returned or have had small issues requiring simple repair. As such, they're much cheaper than they'd be if purchased brand new. Refurbished devices may not include a manual or microSD card.
I bought a refurbished device from Ting. When will it arrive?
Shipping times vary with the shipping method chosen and your physical location. Standard (free) shipping averages two to five days to metropolitan areas. For rural areas and non-contiguous states add another two to five days to that average.
Why are you asking if the address I supplied is a business or residence?
We ask this question because it affects shipping. Shipping to a residential address means after-hours and sometimes weekend delivery. Shipping to a business address means packages arrive Monday to Friday in the 9-5 hours.
My friend referred me. Do we get the referral credit if I buy a refurbished device from Ting?
Yes. Both you and your friend will receive referral credit. Just make sure you come to Ting via your friend's unique referral URL both when buying and activating your device.
When I receive my refurbished device from Ting, can I just activate and go?
Yes. Just hit the activation page and we'll walk you through the simple activation process.

I just bought a device from Glyde. When will it arrive?
The seller will send your new device out within 48 hours of your purchase confirmation and you'll receive a tracking number to see your package's progress. Shipping times vary based on the geography of both the purchaser and the seller.
When I receive my used device from Glyde, can I just activate and go?
First, you should give your device a thorough inspection. If the overall condition of the device is "as-advertised", you're ready to activate it on Ting. Go to the activation page to get started.
Can I sell a used device on Glyde?
Yes. You can sell a device provided it's from one of the major carriers. Glyde doesn't currently offer the option to sell Ting devices. Check out the sell your device page.
How are Glyde's used device prices set?
Used devices are priced according to their overall condition as well as supply and demand.
Do I get a warranty with my used device from Glyde?
No. All devices from Glyde are sold as-is.
That said, if the device you receive isn't as-advertised, you have 48 hours to let Glyde know. They'll send you a return shipping package, which you can use to pack up the device and return it. You'll be refunded the full purchase price once the seller acknowledges receipt of the return.
Can I move my existing phone number to a used device?
Absolutely. If you're moving from another carrier to Ting you have the option to "port" (bring) your number along. If you're upgrading your Ting device just give us a shout when you get your phone and we'll move the number to your new phone for you. 1-855-846-4389.
