Shipping and returns
Most orders for in stock items ship out the same day if placed before 4PM Eastern Time. Shipping times vary depending on which shipping option you choose and where you are located.
Delivery normally takes up to five days for our standard shipping option, which costs $4. We use FedEx Express Saver for most device orders and USPS Priority Mail for most SIM card orders, both of which deliver within three business days (not accounting for weekends). FedEx Express delivers Monday through Friday and the USPS normally delivers Monday through Saturday.
We also offer express shipping options. During checkout, you'll have the option to choose FedEx 2Day (which normally takes up to two business days) or FedEx Standard Overnight (which normally takes one business days). FedEx Express delivers Monday through Friday.
Ting is a no contract carrier. If we don't work out for you for some reason, we'll be sad but we won't charge you any early termination fees (we also don't have any activation fees).
If you purchase a device from us that did not power up when it arrived, arrived damaged, or that is still in its unopened box, you can return it for a full refund within thirty days of purchase.
If Ting doesn't work out for you, you can also return a device that has been opened and gently used (but not damaged) within thirty days, so long as you've used fewer than 300 minutes, 300 text messages, and 300 megabytes of data.
