The race for fiber: Holly Springs neighborhoods pre-order demand map

There are many factors that go into deciding where we’ll start building a fiber network in a Ting town. Some of these factors (like distance from the “backbone,” space to build a local node, existing construction plans that we can dovetail to quote but a few examples) are outside of an individual or neighborhood’s control.
But one of the biggest factors to take into consideration is within your control.
Building a fiber infrastructure involves a lot of work and initial investment, and because we can’t begin building everywhere at once, we’re looking at pre-orders as “votes” for a particular neighborhood or part of town. So we’ve been asking where you think we should go, and you’ve quickly taken action. You’re even getting your neighbors involved!
We created a map that shows how things are shaping up according to a recent count. Note that the leading neighborhoods are highlighted but stay tuned because that could change in an instant as we continue to tally incoming votes.
Your vote counts
If you haven’t yet voted to get Ting’s crazy fast fiber Internet delivered to your neighborhood, there’s no better time than the present to place your pre-order.
