Tracking technologies

We and our service providers (such as social media platforms) use online tracking technologies such as cookies, pixels, and web beacons to gather information about how you and others interact with our website. Data retention

We retain your information as long as your account remains active or as required to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. For active customers, we must retain data to deliver ongoing services.

If you wish to delete your data, you can submit a request via our data deletion form. Please note that If your Ting account is still active, we need to keep some of your information in order to provide you with our service. We will however delete your marketing and support data from HubSpot, the tool we use to manage customer communications.

Children’s Privacy

Our websites are not intended for or directed to children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors or target advertising towards anyone under the age of 18.

Other information

Our site includes publicly accessible blogs. You should be aware that any information you provide in these areas may be read, collected, and used by others who access them. To request removal of your personal information from our blog, contact us. In some cases, we may not be able to remove your personal information, in which case we will let you know if we are unable to do so.

Correcting and updating your personal information

We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services, fulfill our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
