Making the internet better for everyone

Fiber internet can transform communities. Here’s how we’re building a brighter internet future.

Our story

Where it started and how it’s going

In 2014 we saw the need for better internet access in communities that were being ignored by the big providers. So we decided to do something about it and built our own network using the latest fiber optic technology.

Since launching in our first town of Charlottesville, Virginia, Ting Internet now serves over a dozen towns and cities across the country, providing internet that's not only fast, but foundational in building stronger communities.

Our mission

A better internet for today, and tomorrow

Fiber internet has the power to transform communities. It removes barriers and allows people to do great things. It makes life online better for you and your neighbors. We’re working to build the foundation for the internet of the future: one that is more accessible, equitable and innovative for everyone.
