  2. Step 2

    Sign up for Ting Internet

    Order or pre-order Ting Internet and use promo code “COMBO” at checkout.
    Already a Ting Internet customer? Use this form to order as many SIM cards as you need for just $10/line.

  3. Step 3

    Open confirmation email

    After confirming your Ting Internet order, we’ll send you an email. Here, you’ll select the number of SIM cards you need. Expect your SIM card(s) to arrive in 2-3 business days.

  4. Step 4

    Activate your SIM(s)

  • Do I qualify for the $10 mobile offer?

    If you’re a Ting Internet customer (residential or business) or have pre-ordered Ting Internet, you qualify for this offer. To activate your offer or find out more, call our support team at 1-800-228-1757.

  • Are there any additional fees I can expect above the $10 per month?

    International long distance usage and international roaming usage are extra and will be added to your bill. State and federal taxes will also be added. Learn more at https://tingmobile.com/international.

  • How do I know if my device is compatible?

    You can verify if your phone is compatible using our device check tool. If you need more help checking your device's compatibility, you can call our support team at 1-800-228-1757.

    Remember, your phone has to be unlocked by its current carrier before you can use it with Ting.

  • What about international calls, texts and roaming?

    International calls are not covered as part of the $10/month. There’s no charge for texts. Check our international rates. For roaming options, please contact our customer support team at 1-800-228-1757.

  • What if I'm on a contract with my current wireless provider? Can I still join?

    In order to bring your device and phone number to Ting Mobile, you must be free of any contract (device/service) with your current provider.

  • Will Ting cover the costs for any early termination fees I’m charged to break my current wireless contract?

    We don’t cover any costs associated with terminating your current contract.

  • How long is this $10 per month offer valid for?

    We’ll notify you at least 12 months before making any price changes to your plan.

  • Can I use my data as a hot spot?

    Yes, you can use Ting Mobile to create a hot spot.

  • Does Ting Mobile offer 5G coverage?

    Yes, Ting Mobile provides nationwide 5G coverage to ensure you stay connected at high speeds. As long as you have a 5G compatible device, you can enjoy the benefits of our 5G network.

  • Does Ting offer e-SIM activations?

    We're working toward getting this ready for the market. Stay tuned for updates.

  • Can I add additional lines to the unlimited mobile plan?

    Yes, you can add as many lines as you need. Each additional mobile line is $10 per month. For instance, if you have 4 family members at home, you can get 4 unlimited mobile lines for just $40 per month with this bundle.

  • Are there any caps or throttles on data usage?

    There are no caps and no throttling of any kind. You will have truly unlimited data usage.

  • Can I bring my number to Ting?

    Yes! We can move your number over to Ting. Your number will need to be active with a carrier currently, and we will need the account number and PIN for your current service.
